We haven't updated our progress for a few weeks,  and there's one reason why: we've been busy, REALLY busy.  With new walls, paint, lights, signs, and some of our kitchen equipment in place, the new dine in location of Eat My Catfish is starting to take shape.  Our tentative opening date is only a week or so away.  We're aiming for the week of February 20th, so stay posted.

We've been extremely busy this past week working at our new location.  It wasn't previously a restuarant, so we have a lot of updates to make.  From ripping up carpet, to demolishing walls, to plumbing, big changes are taking place - and we're inviting our customers to take a look at all this action.  These are the highlights from week one.  We'll be sharing our progress each week, so watch for our updates throughout this month.
