October 22nd was a busy day for Eat My Catfish. We'd like to thank St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Hot Springs for inviting us to cater their annual Fall Fling. Throughout the day-long event, an Eat My Catfish crew of fifteen cooked and served food to a crowd of 2200. Last Saturday's cool, sunny skies were the perfect setting for the employees and patrons of St. Joseph's to enjoy our signature catfish, hand-battered fried chicken tenders, slaw, and hand-dipped hushpuppies, along with grilled chicken and fruit salad.
While we missed our regular customers on Military Road in Benton, we loved the opportunity to cook for a new crowd of catfish lovers Hot Springs.
