Eat My Catfish is expanding!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we've signed a lease on a new dine-in restaurant. Our new location is just across the street from our current place on Military Road in the Military Plaza shopping center, tucked in the back between Aaron's and Sutherlands.
While our trailer has been a wonderful home for the past 3 ½ years, it's time to offer our customers a more comfortable dining experience.
Our restaurant will be a quick dine model – where customers order at the counter, and then settle at a nice cozy booth or table to enjoy their meal. Our menu will stay the same initially, but we hope to slowly expand it – which we're VERY excited about. For our long time customers, we will continue offering takeout services, but invite you to start dining in with us.
Folks, this has been several months in the making, and now it's official. This is our commitment to being Benton's go to place for catfish. We invite you to stay tuned for updates on the progress of our new space! We want our customers to be with us during this big change. Our tentative date for opening is late February, so mark your calendars.
